So excited to be a part of Victorian Christmas!
Two PJF lofts will be featured on the tour – both residents are New York City expats.
Loft 1: Brian Beitz grew up on Park Avenue in NYC and now loves that his mailing address at the Factory is also Park Avenue allowing him to bring the Park Ave Style to Williamsport. His loft on the 4th floor has beautiful sunset views and is richly decorated with family heirlooms, art and treasures he collected from around the world
Loft 2: The other New Yorker is Sara Winkelman. The interior design features objects and artwork from their year working and traveling in China and southeast Asia. Sara has utilized the communal art studios with inspiration from other artists in the Factory to create ceramics works and stained glass to personalize the interior. The loft has a ‘New York’ feel with an unusual feature of an outdoor porch on the 3rd floor!
After visiting Brian’s and Sara’s homes please feel free to wander through the hallways to view the artwork, lining the half mile of walls throughout the building.
