What's Happening

The biggest are our quarterly factory-wide events: February First Friday, Green-o-Ree in the spring, Octofest, and the Holiday Market to close out the year. These events attract visitors from near and far and fill the building with young and old.

Our tenants and other community members also host their own events, classes, and workshops throughout the year.

As part of our community, our tenants enjoy exclusive events such as potlucks, courtyard firepits, and BBQs to get to know their neighbors.
