These Terms of Service govern your use of our website https://pajamafactory.net/ (the “Site”) and any related services, including event space rentals, studio rentals, and community programs (collectively, the “Services”). 1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Services.

2. Booking & Payment Terms

For event space rentals: A deposit of 50% plus a $200 security deposit is required at contract signing. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event. Late usage may incur additional charges ($50 per 15 minutes).

3. Cancellations & Refunds

If you cancel an event, deposit refunds depend on our cancellation policy. Security deposits will be refunded if there is no damage or need for excessive cleanup.

4. License & Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is owned or licensed by Pajama Factory. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without explicit permission.

5. User Conduct

When visiting or using the facility, you agree to respect the property, follow posted rules, and comply with all laws. You are responsible for any damage by your party.

6. Liability & Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pajama Factory LLC and its affiliates from claims or damages arising from your use of the Services.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and we disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pajama Factory be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
